The government will recruit vacancies at the entry level as well as at the senior level. In fact, this step has been taken by the government amid protests being expressed by the opposition parties on the rising unemployment in the country.

If you are preparing for a government job or have a dream of doing a government job, then it is going to be fulfilled soon. Because the government is soon going to take out recruitment for vacant posts in government companies. For this, the government has sought information about the vacant posts in all PSUs i.e. public sector undertakings. Along with this, a framework has also been asked to prepare for the recruitment process.

Recruitment will be done from entry level to senior level

The government will recruit vacancies at the entry level as well as at the senior level. In fact, this step has been taken by the government amid protests being expressed by the opposition parties on the rising unemployment in the country. A PSU officer gave this information to the agency. In this, the official said that it is proposed to fill the entry level recruitments to be identified by December this year by August-September next year.

Government companies are in profit

According to official figures, 255 Central Public Enterprises (CPSAs) were operating at the end of FY21. Out of these, 177 CPSEs were running in profit. These companies had earned a total profit of Rs 1.89 lakh crore during FY21.

Recruitment process started in public sector banks

The finance ministry last month held a meeting with heads of public sector banks and financial institutions to review the employment situation in these institutions and their monthly recruitment plan. Many public sector banks have also started the process of recruitment. The country's largest bank SBI recently released advertisements for the recruitment of 1,673 Trainee Officers (PO).

Recruitment process takes time

He said that it takes time to fill up the vacant posts in government institutions. The recruitments are done following the guidelines in a transparent manner. Also, on the basis of advertisements deciding eligibility criteria, exams and interviews are conducted. With candidates from across the country participating in the recruitment process, each stage takes time.

The recruits will have to work in mission mode

The number of employees of public sector banks had reached 8.86 lakh in FY13, but by the year 2020-21, this number has come down to 7.80 lakh. In such a situation, in view of the attacking attitude of the opposition regarding employment, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had told various government institutions and ministries in June this year that they would have to work in 'mission mode' to make 10 lakh recruitments in the next one and a half years.
