Samrat Prithviraj box office collection Day 1: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar's film 'Samrat Prithviraj' has been released. The film hit the theaters on Friday, June 3. Before the release of the film, it was heavily promoted. The film is being appreciated by the critics. Reviews are coming good about 'Emperor Prithviraj'.

Despite this, the film could not earn as expected on the first day. The film's earnings have been very less on the first day. Apart from 'Samrat Prithviraj', two big films have been released on June 3. This can also be a reason that Akshay's film has not got the opening as expected.

Three movies released simultaneously

Adivi Sesh and Saiee Manjrekar starrer Major has also been released in cinemas. Apart from this, Kamal Haasan's big budget film 'Vikram' has also knocked in the theater. The film 'Samrat Prithviraj', directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi, collected a collection of 10.50 crores on its first day.

Akshay Kumar's film earned so many crores on the first day

According to trade analyst Sumit Kadel, the film was successful in earning 10.50 crores on its first day. On the other hand, talking about Major, on its first day, Major has earned about Rs 3 to 4 crores in Hindi ballot. Whereas in South India, the film is getting a tremendous response and in terms of earnings, Major has touched the figure of 15 crores there on the first day.

'Vikram' came out at the fore in terms of earnings

Kamal Haasan's film 'Vikram' worked to leave both these films behind in terms of earnings. Kamal Haasan's film has done a gross business of 40 to 50 crores on the first day. In such a situation, it will be interesting to see which film is successful in attracting the audience in the coming days.
