Government Teacher Jobs: If you are dreaming of becoming a government teacher, then now your dream is going to take wings. Recruitment is out for primary teachers in government schools of Assam. The application for these recruitments will start from 27 September and you can apply for the job till 27 October. Office of the Director of Elementary Education, Assam has released the official notification for the recruitment of teachers.

How many posts have been recruited

Education Office has taken out the recruitment of more than 9300 posts. According to the official notification, out of these 9300 posts, 7242 vacancies are for Assistant Teacher in Lower Primary and 2112 vacancies are for Assistant Teacher in Upper Primary. Apart from this, the Education Office has taken out the recruitment for the teachers of Science, Assamese and Manipuri language.

When will the application process start

Let us tell you that the process of application for primary teachers in Assam will start from September 27 and you can apply for the job till October 27. Let us inform that the candidates who will appear in the Assam TET exam to be held in October, they will be able to apply from the release of its result till 31 December 2021.

Must have this qualification

For Assistant Teacher (Lower Primary), you should have at least 50% marks in 12th. Along with this, it is also necessary to have done two years Diploma in Elementary School. Also, it is necessary for the candidate to pass from Assam TET as well.

For Assistant Teacher (Upper Primary), it is necessary to have two years D.Ed and B.Ed or D.Ed course with graduation. Apart from this, it is also necessary to pass TET.

For Science, Assamese, Manipuri Language Teacher, Graduate in relevant subject with two years D.Ed or B.Ed or D.Ed. Apart from this, TET certificate should also be passed.
